Hello, I'm using HP Pavilion AMD Ryzen 7 5825U.
I found that recentry AC adaptor doesn't supply the power to note PC.
(= judged by 1. LED is not lid orange or white near the AC connector, 2. Windows power management on task bar doesn't show "power is supplying" although AC adaptor is connected 3. battery becomes decreased even I connect AC adaptor to note PC).
Unplug and plug AC connector on note PC side doesn't recover this situation.
If I follow below steps, AC adaptor supplies power again.
1. unplug AC connector from PC.
2. unplug AC cable of adaptor from outlet.
3. wait for 10 sec.
4. plug AC cable of adaptor to outlet.
5. plug AC connector to PC.
Then recover supplying.
I am suspecting the failure of AC adaptor. So thinking to purchase new one for him. But no solid conclusion so far.
it would be great if you could advice typical phenomenon in the case of AC adaptor is failure.
Thank you!
