Hi @Gurukiran_1822 ,
" i searched microsoft support team also but i tried all those solutions but no result " What are all those solutions that you tried, so we do not duplicate the work?
Did you try "Delete your camera roll folder (under My Pictures)"?
That is from a thread in Microsoft Communities relative to the problem that you are having.
I am a volunteer forum member. If my suggestion helped you solve your issue, help others by marking that post as the accepted solution. Say thanks by clicking on the Yes button next to the "was this reply helpful?"

Hi .@erico, no did not do that but now i tried and deleted the camera roll folder but the problem still exist."What are all those solutions that you tried, so we do not duplicate the work?"
- i have tried to update the camera driver, and also uninstalled and reinstalled it,
- checked for the hardware changes in the device manager,
- updated the imaging devices which is WSD scanner device.
- i also reseted the camera app which is the microsoft recommended to reset the app if it doesn't work (camera),
- i also trouble shooted the hardware,
- scanned the dameged files in the c drive through cmd.but none of this worked for me 😕
- i also tried to troubleshoot the problems in the camera app but troubleshooter says this app or program is cannot changed with this troubleshooter,
