See chapter 1, page 2 of the service manual for the memory upgrade information:

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 14 Laptop PC

Your notebook has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 CL17 memory.

You can also install DDR4-2666 CL19, DDR4-3200 CL22 memory but it will only run at a maximum speed of 2400 MHz because that is as fast as your notebook's processor can run the memory at.

You can replace the 128 GB M.2 SATA SSD with a faster performing NVMe SSD having a greater storage capacity.

The only other device you can upgrade would be the Wi-Fi adapter.

You can replace the RTL8723DE Wi-Fi card with this dual band AC model:

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported)   HP part # L17365-005
