Hi,

Is the PC still under warranty?

Is the message at every startup?

Can you provide the exact model or product number of the PC (not serial). Here is how to find it

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

You can try cleaning the fan and air vents with a can of compressed air. The computer should be off and cold. Be careful to keep the can upright as to not spray the liquid into the machine.

You can also take a look at this HP doc and see if it helps.

If it continues you will need to replace the fan.

Hope it helps,

David

Those speedfan results are fine. The little fire symbol pops up if the temp exceeds a preset max, but 50 degrees is very low. Laptop can handle up into the 80s and even 90 degrees with no problem. The second fan always shows very low rpms. But a fan error is serious. This is an 8th gen system so can't be very old, right? You might have to send it in for service.
