My laptop was returned from flextronics after having a new main board and windows install. I sent the mains charger with the laptop, but they have not returned the charger. Complained to technical support on 1st June, nothing heard.

I understand the repair service failed to return your laptop charger, however, the HP support team can get this issue sorted.
