Need to upgrade my HP Envy 13-d010nr ssd, can I use Crucial MX300 525GB M.2 (2280)? What are other brands compatible? I have 128GB...

Here's the Service Manual:
Pages 27-30 for "how to". The laptop only supports SATA type M.2 disks
The Crucial you ask about is a SATA M.2 2280 and will obviously fit and very likely work, but you are best off ordering the actual HP part if possible.
512-MB, M2, SATA-3, supporting TLC 814224-001
But, HP Partsurfer does not have it. Likely to be a Sandisk or a Samsung disk like this:
