Good afternoon. I've already made several complaints about this topic, but hp still doesn't want to know. I would like to know how a normal ssd has higher speeds than a nvme. Both are supported in the document on my computer. since a bios update i still don't receive the values i received when i bought the computer. I continue to indicate that I have evidence and according to the document the computer is functional with PCIe 3x4 NVME m.2. if the manual indicates that it is functional, it has to present this characteristic speed, because when I bought this computer I paid a price for having this characteristic. according to consumer law, whatever is in the document, the consumer must deserve it. At this moment I am not deserving of these characteristics.

Who do I have to talk to to solve this problem, as I am a photo and video developer and I need high speeds. before the bios the nvme reached 3000mb/s, at this moment they are no more than 300 mb/s of writing. even a normal ssd reaches 500 mb/S, faster than nvme. I don't think it's normal, because I paid for a specification that at that time was very expensive and new. who should I talk to to solve the problem because hp support indicated that there would be a problem, but that they had no resolution for this case. so I'm the one who's going to take this damage. I paid a 1000 euros computer. and I have the speed of a computer of 500 euros, not to mention cpu with the price of 200 euros with high performance nvme. and I would like you to answer me what the community thinks about this situation, because for me it is wrong. I'm sure the new bios has speed locks. and as the hp bios is blocked, no one will be able to change these values. thank you. I would appreciate someone helping me.

so does it mean that hp doesn't want me to solve the case? there will be no contact with someone superior who is available to understand the case, as I feel disadvantaged. and if the computer doesn't work with the approved conditions, I should have an arrangement or compensation for it, because I'm the one who is harmed. there is a way to contact this person, a person far superior to anyone I've talked to, who treated me badly, ignored me and didn't solve the problem. thanks
