I am looking to add SSD to my lap.
I don't know which SSD work on my lap whether M.2 or M.2 nvme
please help

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA installed on the PC.
And your computer Support for M.2 solid-state drive, refer to the article http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06510442 to know more about M.2 specs: Table 1-1 Product components and their descriptions (continued)
