I want to replace the hard drive with an SSD drive but I don't have a clue which one to get. Can someone help?

Hi,
You need a 2.5" SATA3 SSD of the brand of your choice and capacity. The Samsung 860 evo would be a good choice.
On page 36 of service manual you can see the steps to replace drive.

You will need to install the OS on the SSD either with recovery disks, migrating an image or by downloading media creation tool from Microsoft, running and creating a bootable pendrive with the OS on it. Then use this drive to perform clean install.
