is ssd upgrade available on hp 15qds0004tx laptop? is m.2 slot available?

You can use up to 2TB or even more (not available now due to the number of chips) but just stay at 1TB

Your machine has Intel® Core™ i5-8250U (1.6 GHz base frequency, up to 3.4 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 6 MB cache, 4 cores) processor. Only machines with Intel Core have more options and your machine has room for M.2 SSD but you need following parts
- Solid-state drive bracket part # L20458-001
- Solid-state drive connector board part # L22542-001
- Solid-state drive cable part # L20456-001
After that, you can add M.2 SSD SATA 3 to your machine. You can replace 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA with 1TB SSD, for example
