Have only one slot for M.2 NVME disks, currently you have a 256 GB M.2 NVME disk, you can change it for a 1 Tb, 2 Tb or more NVMe disk. Then you have a 2.5" SATA disk slot, but you must buy the cable to use it. I advise you to change the current disk and not to add another 2.5" SATA disk, this consumes more battery, more heat and increases the weight of the laptop.

I have a 500gb 5400rpm in the 2.5" sATA slot and a 256gb ssd in the NMVe slot. How much can I upgrade them? Thank you...

Both can be upgraded to the size you want.
