Недоволен производительностью ноутбука. Все происходит очень медленно. Нам придется долго ждать

Я хочу добавить больше оперативной памяти или заменить жесткий диск на ssd.

 

Скажите мне, какой тип памяти (DDR?) и тип sdd (SATA?) необходимо приобрести для адекватной совместимости с моим ноутбуком.
