When I touch the case of laptop I feel a static shock and then the computer shutdown immediately . The screen turns black  completely. I have lost my work several times for the shutdown.  Is there enyone else meet this before? How can I fix it?

You will still need to contact hP Support for that. But, it shouldn't take over a week to get the laptop sent in and back to you. From what I understand it is only a matter of needing more shielding around some internal wires.

This has been a recently recognized problem on some of the Omens's. Contact Support and tell them you are having the issue. It needs to be sent in for repair:
