stuttering and overheating at max clock speed

i have an integrated intel hd graphics 520 and AMD Radeon R5 M330 Dedicated GPU 

Main Problem is that when i run  game such as witcher 3 the wild hunt or any other then for some minutes everything 

works fine and i get about 25 to 30 fps but after that time it starts stuttering heavily and i hear choppy and popping audio

i also get very low fps about 3 to 7 fps which is unstable and  non responsive to competitve playing  

i searched this problem on google and it told me to set my gpu to battery saving mode 

it worked well and my game is stable but now my gpu prevents turbo boost clock speed and it only 

reaches max 300 MHz while it is capable of 1030 MHz at its turbo

my conclusive question is that how to use this turbo speed of gpu without getting this unstable environment??

Hi,

Basically I would say that the Witcher 3 is not playable on the notebook. It just does not have enough graphics power to run such a game unless you really lower the FPS.

For competitive playing you need some kind of gaming machine.

But everything worked fine sometime ago

I am getting this problem recently 

I played many games but it did not happen that time 

Why is it happening now??

I understand low fps but why is it stuttering and what about this choppy noise??

I am running this game with maximum performance and low resolution and detail...
