Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I accidentally slammed my laptop with my hand earlier in the keyboard part and I think turned off for a split second. I'm not really sure but is that possible to happen?

Does it turn off or blackout now? or was It a one-time thing?

Sometimes that black put happens cause of display assembly bit is disturbed.

 

Is everything working alright now?
