Product: HDX18 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello --- reinstalled the latest version of the hp support  assistant ---- no issue with the install, but when I when to 

sign in to my account, after typed in my password and hit return, the "assistant" just "when away"   not sure if it crashed or just exit ---- is there a way to track this?
