Hi:

 

Some product numbers in the 445 G9 model series have a backlit keyboard and some don't.

 

The easiest way to tell if the notebook has a backlit keyboard is to look at the line of Function keys at the top of the keyboard.

 

If the keyboard is backlit, there will be a Fn key with a keyboard icon with 'rays' surrounding the top part of the keyboard icon.

 

See chapter 2 of the service manual, page 14 for the various Fn key icons.
