hi recently my laptop while gaming cpu temp reach 90-100c the gpu is also quit high, is it normal ? or safe ? my desktop never reached this while gaming 

now i know its a laptop and it has less room to cool itself,

but is it safe ? to conitnue play in temps like that? im talking about the components inside the laptop and mb

First try this ...

 

(1) Set "maximum processor percentage" in Windows to 98%
