I HAVE GIVEN ALL THE INFORMATION BUT I GOT NO ANSWER

I had no problem entering the info you posted to get the report.

 

Here's a copy and paste of the report I received.

 

I deleted your notebook's serial number and warranty info.

 

HP Hard drive check has identified a critical failure in your system that requires repair.

Failure details - Hard drive check:
Failure ID:90FL01-85ACMS-MFPX6J-60AW03
Test date:2025-07-05
Component tested: Hard drive check
IMPORTANT: The test found a problem with your hard drive and it may need to be replaced. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as you can.
 
As I replied the other day, you will most likely have to install a new hard drive, which would be your only option if you want t repair the notebook.
 
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure:
 
 
I recommend that you replace the 500 GB hybrid mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).
 
Something like this:
 
 
After you replace the drive, you can reinstall Windows by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:
 
 
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from this reputable 3rd party driver site, since HP retired support for your model notebook.
