You can go into services and check that.

Type services into the search box and then click on the Servbices App to invoke the Services App.

Scroll on down to Windows Event log to verify that it is running. If it isn't, just right click it and select start.

Double click on Event Viewer and set startup type to Automatic. Click on Aply and then OK.  Now close out the Services App. The Event viewer will now start automatically.

That should make ESET's esegui  happy.

Hi ty for you time, i checked it but the voice windows event log doesn't exist o i didn't find it  is there another way to look for it??

"the voice windows event log"

Why is the word "voice" there?

I know this involves the ESET Graphical User Interface because that is what esegui is.

There is a Windows Event log that is part of Windows services.
You will need to restart the service.

This thread answer at Microsoft Communities provided by their community member Shekhar S shows how that can be resolved in one or two methods.

Method 1.
To Enable and Start this service :
Right Click on Computer > Manage > Services & Applications > Services.

Here, again Right click on Windows Event Log Service, check up its Properties.
Ensure that the Startup type is set on Automatic and that the services is Started; and that it runs in the Local Service account.
Also ensure in the Recovery tab, all three drop down boxes, show the option as 'Restart the Service', in case of Failure. Reboot if required.

Method 2.
If the Windows Event Log Service still cannot be started, and you instead get the error :
System cannot find the file specified.

Open folder C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs .
This logs folder contains Event Logs in .evtx format and can only be read with the Event Viewer.
Give this Logs folder Read-Write access rights and see if it helps.

Method 3. SFC scan
(a). Use the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to determine which file is causing the issue, and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
2. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
More Information about SFC scan can be found in this document:

did all that you have suggest but with out result, the only one that i didn't do is the folder in win 32 because i am not certain if i do it right think . At this point i think that my experience is limited......

You may have to consider a few options, if the error message truly bothers you to distraction.

1) Contact ESET through their forum.
Show them the possible solutions that I have suggested. You can paste the thread into a thread you have created.

2) Consider reinstalling Windows.

3) Take your laptop to a shop. The downside is that the shop will probably just reinstall Windows.

Hi again Erico, I reply only to let you know that i have done all you have said. And i reinstall windows as well for last......... Ghess what ? the proplem still exist at this point i came to the conclusion the proplem is on Hp support system when i ask the sistem to esegui la diagnostica hardware gives me the, event log not runing all other programs runing ok.... Eny way ty for your time and suggestions Michael

When I saw the phrase "esegui la diagnostica hardware", I thought it involved the ESET graphical user interface, not run hardware diagnostics which is what it translated to in Italian.

This is an English language community forum.

It would have been nice of you to let me know that instead of putting it inside of English paragraph.

Which hardware diagnostics are you trying to run?  You can't "ask" the system to run diagnostics.

If you can be more specific this time and look into the Win32 folder, and do as I suggested before, perhaps this issue can be resolved.
