That is unusual, but white does mean fully charged, so I can't really see that as much of an issue.

 

The LED should be amber when charging and the battery charge state is between zero and ninety percent.

If you read my reply you will see that I mentioned that it is unusual that it does that, but the charge led (white) which indicates between ninety and one hundred percent is still working.

 

Are you really willing to send it in for a repair for an issue which is that minor? 

That is if your notebook is still in warranty.

 

Is the notebook new?

OK. Then it is a warranty issue.
