the case id :
<removed> was opened in 11th sept’25 for a cracked screen that was replaced but then the camera wasn’t fitted properly failing to detect or be able to broadcast.
I have been chasing the local vendor and they keep informing that a part was ordered and is with them - engineer will come and fix it.
I am waiting really long for them to come and get it fixed as it is a brand new PC. Please help!!!
