the keyboard does not work. which keyboard fits my laptop? how do I replace it? how much does it cost. on which website can I find it. Hp Envy 17"

I don't know what your product id or model number is. I don't know whether you have a wireless keyboard or a wired.

Did you run diagnostics. Get the keyboard failed during diagnostics is defective. If not then a windows problem.

Check to see if there is a hardware problem.
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.  Test the keyboard.

Go to the below site and enter your serial number

Look for the part you need and get the correct language keyboard hp part number

Once you find the part number you can search the internet for a vendor. Amazon, eBay, AliExpress etc
