Product: HP Pavillion Laptop GJC9SVUV Intel (R) Pentium(R)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New laptop from HSN shopping channel.  Already received BIOS update and Windows 1903 update.  It is a 64 bit computer but has 32 bit Bluetooth A2dp source.   Device manager shows an error under Sound, Video and game controllers and says that it is the Bluetooth.  I can't get my Samsung 6 Series 55 TV connected.  I can connect through ROKU but not by clicking Samsung 55 which shows up as a device that can be connected.  

Why would a 64 bit computer have 32 bit Microsoft Bluetooth A2dp installed? I know it has old Intel rather than the  newer ones.  I am not that computer literate, so hope I have explained well enough so I can find the right drivers that when clicking the button to find them...says it already has the most recent...yet I still get an error.  thank you.

I found it....link below.   This is for my laptop.  A new serial number would need to be given in the change product for other individuals.   I  hope it works.  It is a list of drivers.   I don't know if it will work or not because I tried the check for new drivers on Devise Manager.   I think HP is selling old technology on HSN shopping network since the  Intel is old and I got a new Bios update and Windows update after I  booted it up.  It is fast enough for me as I figured it would be.  All the other updates are beyond my expertise though.
