Hello,

 

My camera works perfectly if I open the camera app however when using skype I only get a audio and a black screen. The camera is recognised but I get no picture

I have ensured that my diver is up-to-date and restarted both my computer and skype several times. I also ensure that all other camera applications are not running while skype is open.

Please help as I need this for online teaching for my students during these difficult times.
