Product: HP Spectre x360 convertible 15-bI0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can anyone help me find a replacement battery for my HP Spectre x360 15-bI0XX ? I had an issue with "plugged in, not charging" did a battery reset and bios update but didn't fix the issue. Also did a battery check and it came up fine, but now comes up bad with a FAILURE ID: Q4XSWW-000000-MFPUQJ-CODE3. Primary battery replace(42).

@hi @Provost, I have the same issue with the battery. Chilean HP Care center does not provide this battery, since the model is not being sold in our country. I expected a little help with the contact to purchase the battery since it's a 1600 USD laptop. Moreover, the battery laste 89/1000 charging cycles. I used the laptop very little, and it was bought a year and a month ago. 

 

PLease, Help.

The battery is very hard to get. I found one on US eBay, but the seller does not ship to South America. I could not find it on amazon.com. Do you have a friend or relative in the US who could buy it and ship it to you?
