trying to install spiderman remastered on HP notebook 14-cf2000 series, need more RAM?

struggling to get new spiderman remastered onto 14-cf2000 series for my son, think it needs more RAM or to alter/reduce graphics resolution? I don't know how to do this, should I just buy more RAM, and is this possible? Can't follow guidance seen online as advice doesn't match anything I can find on laptop. Help please!

- copy/paste to following key/values pairs:

Version

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date
