ive searched hp driver update and my laptop isn't listed. i couldnt find anything for trying to update the ram. i have a 4gb now. i would like to upgrade to a 16gb if possible.

The 64 GB eMMC flash storage drive cannot be upgraded, nor can another drive be installed to be used as a boot drive.
Notebooks with the Intel Celeron N4120 processors have one memory slot.
You can replace the 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB memory chip.
Intel indicates the maximum memory the processor can support is 8 GB.

You can try a 16 GB memory chip in the empty slot, but be sure you can return it if it doesn't work.
