Good day Community
I have a HP ProBook 440 14 inch G9 Notebook PC IDS Base Model, I have tried a number of different chargers on it and currently I am getting a Xiaomi 120w charger to charge it while its off. the problem is that it will charge a minute stop and repeat. Lower watt chargers just show a blinking white light.
Is there a factor other than watt that needs to be considered? Or is my C port damaged(hardware/software)
Thank you in advance

Please use the charger which comes with your machine OR use HP USB-C charger. Third party chargers are NOT compatible with your machine, they can NOT communicate.
Regards.
