I have been trying for 3 months to get the extended warranty I purchased directly from HP attached to my laptop. I have tried chat three times and called different HP 800 numbers three times. All attempts have failed. Of course, I get the assurance someone will get back with me, and this will be resolved in x days, but it never is.

I have already purchased the extended warranty, back in October 2019 directly from HP.com. The problem is it does not show up when I check the warranty status on my laptop. I don't need 2 warranties, just someone from HP to properly link the one I have already paid for to my HP laptop
