Product: 15-g024ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've just installed win 7 on my laptop HP 15-g024ne, after installation I noticed that I  have an exclamation mark on "universal serial bus (usb) controller" driver.

I've installed all related drivers provided by HP website but they didn't work.

I've also tried to update the specific driver online but it also didn't work.

Your machine comes with FreeDOS and you have to install Windows 10. Windows 7 won't work, vendors stopped writing drivers for Windows 7 few years back mainly newer for USB and integrated video.

Download and install the W7 x64 AMD chipset driver from the link below and restart the PC.

If you need the graphics driver, download and install the W7 x64 graphics driver from the link below and restart the PC.
