After upgrading the laptop to Windows 10 pro 64 bit

Now I suffer a problem with a device missing

Standard USB Host Controlle

Port_#0001.Hub_#0004

I hope to find a solution for my problem

my laptop model is hp elitebook 8560p

I downloaded all the drivers from the laptop Drivers web site

using the mainboard serial number

and all the drivers install done successfully

except one unknown driver Whose details were mentioned at the beginning of the letter

It was my Samsuntg Gt-I9082 DOUS

I went to windows update Center they updated the driver for me

now all the drivers are good

thank's HP I weel inform you in nay probleme Appeared

You need this driver for that device...

 

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe

 

If that driver does not install the device, please post the hardware ID for it.
