Hello, unknown driver missing listed in the device manager. did a fresh reinstall. i am thinking this is a window 8.1 item.  
HP ENVY x360-15-w237cl Kaby Lake core I7 8650U convertible laptop windows 10 (64 Bit)

This is probably the intel virtual button driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77001-77500/sp77393.exe

 

I was unable to find a newer driver at the intel site but try this

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
