Post the hardware ID(s) for any devices that need drivers, and I will post the links to the drivers you need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)
It's an AMD platform so it probably needs the AMD chipset driver which HP does not include on any of the consumer class notebook's support pages.
If this driver doesn't resolve the problem, then I will need the hardware ID.
Select the W10 64-bit chipset driver, first one on the list under the W10 64-bit section.

I finally got all the drivers installed but I have just one driver that wouldn't start so I rolled it back and it's running now. That was just one of problems. I have corrupted files too. I did the sfc/scannow and that fixes it for a couple days then I have to rerun the scan and fix it again. I'm in the process of rebooting with an iso file to see if that corrects the problem. It's a clean install and I'm not keeping any files so that should help too. I'll redownload and install everything again. I think I might have a handle on things. Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it a lot.
