Hi Everyone,

I have recently bought a new laptop. When I was setting it up, I synced it with my Samsung smartphone. I don't like how my phone is behaving and I want to unsync my phone with the computer.  My phone is an older phone, Galaxy Grand Prime, Android version 5.0.2.  I have a screen that comes up on my phone that has "Touch Wiz home" and  "Touch Wiz easy home."  I cannot uninstall these nor can I remove them from the phone's home screen,  but I confess that I am not the most computer literate person. There was another icon on the screen, but I was able to delete that one and I don't remember what it was labeled. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Follow the below steps to unlink your phone and PC.

On your PC, select the Start button, then select Settings  > Phone  > Unlink your PC. You may have to restart your PC for these changes to take effect.
