Hello,
After 1 year of basic use, up and down arrow keys on my hp pavilion x360 convertible laptop stopped working suddenly while right and left arrows are working perfectly fine. I tried uninstalling keyboard device from Device manager and also checked for updated drivers but that didn't worked out. I am not sure what next to do , any other settings which i can check will be helpful.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the up and down arrow keys are not working on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you perform a test on the keyboard following the steps in the below article to make sure whether it is software or a hardware related issue.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
