I just started having screen resolution issues, but it is out of warranty. How can I get software upgrades for laptop?

Certified HP drivers for HP Pavilion dv7-6b55dx are only available for Windows 7 and 8.

I would keep Windows 8 (8.1). Trying to install and getting all drivers running in Windows 10/11 is not guaranteed and can cause problems.
