Processor and CPU are the same thing. NO it is impossible, You have to replace the whole system board (if available) because CPU is soldered to the System board which contains
- (a) Motherboard,
- (b) CPU with integrated video,
- (c) Dedicated Video card (if applicable),
- (d) Operating system (you can't reuse old license).
