HP Laptop 14-bp0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I got a HP laptop, Product name "HP Laptop 14-bp0xx" and product number "1GR07LA#ABM" as identified in the hp support assistant.

just wondering if my laptop's HDD can be upgraded to SSD nmve, I bought a crucial p2 SSD mnve and tried to install it but the SSD is not showing up neither in the disc admin of windows 10 nor in the bios when I tried to boot the system to install windows in that SSD.

so the question is the following, ¿Does my laptop support SSD nmve? the laptop has M.2 port which I used to place the SSD but again It didn't show up and I'm not sure if this laptop supports this kind of SSD even though it has the M2 port.

Hi:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

HP 14s Laptop PC Maintenance and Service GuideIMPORTANT! This document is intended for HP authorized...

The supported drive types can be found in chapter 1 on page 3.

Your notebook's M.2 slot supports SATA SSD's only, not NVMe.

That is why the Crucial P2 SSD didn't work.
