Can I upgrade the RAM to 16GB?

Can I upgrade the CPU and where can I buy?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found out you can upgrade RAM up to 16GB ram.

Click here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04582281 to know more about an upgrade. ( refer to: 2 Chapter 1 Product description page 1 & 2 )

 

NOTE: HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.
