Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

 

Your notebook has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.

 

You can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.

 

Recommended memory:

Recommended 2.5" SSD:  A Western Digital Blue SA510 in a storage capacity that meets your needs and budget.
