Hi,
I want to upgrade my RAM, currently I have 4GB of RAM only, I want to increase more 4GB. I checked on Taskbar where is shows as slot used : 1 of 2 which denotes 1 slot used and another one is empty. But when I open the backpanel, I found only 1 slot, not able to find the 2nd slot.
I have attached the screenshot of my backpanel and taskbar which shows status of my RAM. Please verify and any assistance will be helpful.
Thanks,

Sorry, what is your machine ? slot 2 may be under slot 1. Note: Many machines with Pentium, Celeron CPU's only have one slot of RAM. Again what is your machine ?
Regards.
