Hi:
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that HP offered NVMe SSD's up to 1 TB in the model series, but I don't know of any reason why you couldn't install a 2 TB model.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
The storage capacities listed in the manual are normally what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.

Thanks, @TzortzisG
In the USA, we abbreviate 'second' as 2nd.
Hi, @Stef651
Your notebook does not have support for a second NVMe SSD.
There is only one M.2 slot.
The single M.2 slot location can be seen in the illustration in chapter 6 on page 51 of the service manual.

Yes, I agree that this looks like two degrees and has nothing to do with second (even in Europe). It is a valid abbreviation in the Greek language however....
Actually these laptops can support two HP fitted (or after market) SSDs: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Business-Notebooks/2nd-solid-state-drive-HP-440-G9/m-p/8516887#M168303
But you are correct in that they cannot be installed with two normal (2280) SSDs.....
