Looks like you can put in Ryzen 7 4700G
Depending on what you want to do, a GPU card might be better than a CPU upgrade.
Our upgrade expert @NonSequitur777 would be able to advise you on a GPU and a power supply upgrade.

Yes, the OP's motherboard of an HP Desktop PC M01-F1056 (1J7R2AA) is an Erica5 (SSID: 87D7) or, alternatively, an Erica3 (SSID: 87D6) -these are, for all intents and purposes, identical motherboards.
Either way, the only processors supported in the OPs system to this very day are:
Ryzen 3 4300G
Ryzen 5 4600G
Ryzen 7 4700G
I have found no other compatible processors anywhere online.

There are at least two compatible power supplies the OP could choose from: a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800 (942332-001) or a 500-watt power supply, with p/n: L05757-800.
The 400-watt power supply can be purchased via this trusted top-rated eBay Seller: https://www.ebay.com/itm/316079746118?_skw=L04618-800&itmmeta=01JMAT2Z9WC46EX7APKPQHB8JS&hash=item49....
