Product: HP Pavilion 11-n011dx x360 PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Linux

HP Pavillion 11 x360 Laptop Model # 11-n011dx.

Original OS Win 8,1

Upgraded to win 10, untill window update rendered touch screen in operable.

Switched OS to Linux KDE Neon, Touch screen works again. 

Would like to upgrade Hdd to SSD and bump up ram to 8gb.

Not sure if I can upgrade to SSD

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

c04530571.pdf (hp.com)

 

You can replace the 500 GB 2.5" SATA mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.

 

Your notebook has one memory slot.

 

You can remove the 4 GB memory chip and replace it with an 8 GB memory chip.
