You do not give us the full model number but if it is an x360 there really is not a video "card" as such. On laptops the motherboard is made as an integrated piece of electronics so for the last say 5 years even processors tend to be soldered on and almost without exception video chips are soldered flat to the motherboard with no way to remove and replace for upgrade.

You could theoretically replace with a motherboard having a stronger video system (maybe) but the cost of that approaches the price of a new laptop.

Happy to answer any more questions about it but to be any more specific we would need the full model number.

what about an egpu? would that improve my graphics?

Of course it would almost by definition. But an eGPU is only really viable if you have a Thunderbolt port. I know there are pcie eGPUs but that is a very clunky setup and not recommended. So again, need the model number to know if you have a Thunderbolt port.
