im not really good with computers.. but my hp stream 14-cb1xxx needs a new hard drive what would be the best place to buy one and how much would all this cost

What is your stream 14-cb1xxx machine ? For example

 

          HP Stream - 14-cb112dx

     

No, you can't replace its Hard drive which is soldered to the system board. You have to buy new System board. If you wish, please use parts of a list on page 33 of the following manual
