I want to upgrade hdd to ssd on hp notebook upgrade hdd to ssd on HP - 15-ba079dx (touch) (ENERGY STAR) but i'm confused which one does supports my laptop.
I'll paste some links, which one should I buy?
SSD WD Green, 240GB, M.2, Leitura 545MB/s - WDS240G3G0B | KaBuM!
or
SSD WD Green PC SN350 240GB, PCIe, NVMe, Leitura: 2400MB/s, Escrita: 900MB/s - WDS240G2G0C | KaBuM!
i dont know the differences. Pls help which SSD shoul I buy.
And if I buy the port to install is free or I need to replace something? Thx.

Hi:
I don't believe that your notebook has a M.2 slot.
Back around the time your notebook was made, only the models that came with M.2 SSDs from the factory had the M.2 slots.
Open it up and check to confirm it has a M.2 slot before buying a M.2 SSD.
If it does have a M.2 slot, the slot only supports SATA SSD's not NVMe.
See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types.
