Hello

please help me, my notebook is 15-cb025ur HP Pavilion Power. need upgrade memory.

i can use two so-dimm 16Gb (total 32Gb)?  or i can use two so-dimm 32Gb (total 64Gb )?

i like two 32Gb... but dont know what possible?

Hi,

Max RAM for your notebook is 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz (2x16GB) even if the service manual mentions 16GB.

There are two slots. You can get the RAM from your preferred brand.

On page 40 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM

so. no way for use 2x32Gb ? only buy another model notebook?

You're welcome.

32GB is max on that model even if HP service manual mentions 16GB max.

The latest 10th gen Intel Core models support 64GB of RAM and some even more.
