HP EliteBook 8570p
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i have HP EliteBook 8570p with the following :

product number:A1L16AV

o.s:windows 7 professional 64 bit

cpu:core i5 3320m dual core

ram:16gb

i recently upgraded my ram from 8 to 16 gb and i want to upgrade my cpu from i5 3320m dual core to i7 3740 qm quad core and i checked elitebook 8570p manual and found it compatible with my laptop

my questions are"

1-how can i upgrade my cpu manually with illustration or videos ?

2-my i5 3320m has tdp 35watt however i7 3740 qm has tdp 45 watt ,does it mean that i need to upgrade my cooling system or the chassis in my laptap can handle the new cpu?

3-does it worth upgrading my cpu to see the difference in ram performance or my current cpu is sufficient to see  that difference?

4-do my motherboard (Hewlett-Packard 17A7 KBC Version 42.38) support the transfer from dual core processor to quad core?
